"Unsung Hero" is the eighth episode of Ruby Gloom. It was released on December 3, 2006 and written by Carolyn Hay, who also developed the show for TV.

Synopsis[]

Frank and Len are trying to find a lead singer for their band's upcoming "Gloomapalooza" concert, without any success. But then, they find out that Misery has a great singing voice. Problem is, she can only sing good when she's asleep. Meanwhile, Skull Boy interviews Poe, who claims to have attended the very first "Gloomapalooza".

  • This episode reveals that neither Ruby nor Iris can sing very well. In "Lucky Me", however, they're still hired by Poe as singers/dancers.
